Healthy Tips

Breaking the monotony of fitness activities can keep you fresh and motivated to continue the pursuit -- which never ends.

The brain and the body have to work together in order for this pursuit to continue week after week, year after year.  We likely have some preferences or tendencies as to when or where to exercise; and we might prefer to exercise alone or with someone.

When motivation wanes -- the brain is up to no-good! -- try altering these when, where with whom variables.  Research tells us that exercise improves our brain-power; so keep moving and know that the mind and body are on the road to progress.
