Have you ever wanted to know how many teen pregnancies Haywood County averages per year?  Or what the top three causes of death in Haywood County are?  The Haywood County Health Department wants the public to be aware of new resources and statistical data on the county website.  They can find links about Health Check and Health Choice, Stat Center for Health Statistics, Public Health Preparedness and Response,  North Carolina Vital Records and much more.  Additionally, you can find the State of the County Health Report completed annually and the Community Health Assessment completed every four years.
